Congratulations to Terry Bay, founder and president of Senior Patient Advocates, on her selection by a special panel of business advisors as one of fifteen “Nifty of Fifty Outstanding Wyoming Executives in the prime of their careers” Wyoming Business Report’s 2016 Nifty Over 50.
Through Senior Patient Advocates, Terry works to make healthcare information understandable to an undeserved demographic. Her business aims to help seniors, the disabled, and those trying to help them access, understand, and navigate Medicare and the healthcare system. Additionally, she is a licensed insurance consultant. Her team also serves as patient advocates for individuals who do not have family close or would like assistance and facilitation with doctors appointments and other medical dealings. Since founding her company in 2006, Terry and Senior Patient Advocates have assisted thousands of individuals in this manner in Wyoming.
With a deep passion for what she does and the people she works with, Terry serves on the state’s Adult Protective Services team, the Natrona County Elder Protection team, and the Casper Senior Network. She is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy Consultants and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Terry is very active as a past president and current member of the Casper Five Trails Rotary Club.
