If you are: New to Medicare (turning 65 or disabled) in the next 12 months; currently eligible or receiving Medicare benefits; helping someone on Medicare (including family, healthcare provider, caregiver, trust office or fiduciary responsible individual); or you’re just interested in knowing more about Medicare benefits… then this course is for you! Employers involved in administering health insurance benefits will also greatly benefit from this course.
Medicare 101 is an overview of Medicare benefits; enrollment timelines and penalties; expected out of pocket costs and other important considerations. Anyone who is registered for the course will also receive a 30-minute, one-on-one needs assessment with a licensed insurance consultant to evaluate individual needs and time to ask personal questions about their individual case.
